Third to fifth chapters covers the interventions for the left to right shunts, delicate sound of thunder: coronary perforations and bark at the moon: technical difficulties in the cath lab. Sixth and seventh chapters are deals with the issues in stent implantation and issues with the guide catheter. Eighth and ninth chapters also highlight the valvular interventions and management of resistant thrombus. Tenth and eleventh chapters also discuss the complications of rotablation and its management, and extremely sick patient: the role of cardiac assist devices. Finally, the last two chapters provide the complications of radial access: children of a lesser god and momentary lapse of reason: mortality in the cath lab. |
