说明一下，这个扫描版不是特别清晰，可能是因为1986年（楼主给的出版日期是错的）老文献纸质问题，试了好几次效果都不是最理想，但阅读没问题

这个杂志ingentaconnect已经不再收录了 inderscience貌似是从1997年开始有电子版
