Many people like peach,but what if"Jenny is real peach"?

Situational Dialogue 1
A: Is @Seek-o going out with another girl?
B: Yeah, I must say his latest girlfriend is a peach.
(peach here means beauty)

Situational Dialogue 2
A:My father is a peach of a cook.
B:Oh, cool. Which restaurant does he work in?
(peach here means excellent)

p.s.
dish sometimes also means beauty.
Jenny is real dish.
=Jenny is quite a dish.
